From the highest tribunal upon earth there lies an appeal to a tribunal of yet higher instance in heaven; to his, who opens and none can shut, who shuts and none can open; and when through ignorance, or worse than ignorance, any wrong has been done to any of his servants here, HIe will redress it there, disallowing and reversing in heaven the erring or unrighteous decrees of earth.
