Shazzan is a remarkably cranky and petulant genie, which is probably no surprise since he has to put up with the whims of these annoying kids as well as the flying camel Kaboobie, who “talks” like a proto-Scooby Doo (not surprisingly, both are voiced by Don Messick, HB’s “Dean of Dogs”).
