My guide is mainly for pal-ntsc where the pal video almost always have that higher and unnatural pitch due to being speeded. most people dont notice or care about 4\% speeded up sound for ntsc-pal anyways. playing NTSC discs on PAL equipment often results in jerky / juddery artifacts,
