- noun Glass colored with arsenic. It is usually semi-opaque, and of an opaline-white color.
- noun The white oxid of arsenic (As2O3) when first sublimed, in an amorphous and therefore transparent state. In time it crystallizes and becomes white, nearly opaque, and porcelain-like.
