Boren has a great future as a pundit ahead of him! more seriously, i understand that virtually all republican members of congress belong to an authoritarian cult that makes it impossible for them to challenge a republican president in any meaningful way, but exactly why is anyone allowed to remain in the democratic party who thinks that way (and yes, i'm first and foremost referencing lieberman, but clearly boren has the same problem).
