As someone who puts a high stake on negative religious liberty (ie the state prohibiting you from practicing your religion) as opposed to positive religious liberty (ie the state actively facilitating your religious practices with public money); I think that reasonable accomodations can be made for religious dress as long as their isnt a counterveiling public policy objective or “innocence at stake” interest.
