- noun That geometry which results from an extension of the properties of ordinary space, especially non-Euclidean geometry.
- noun The system of geometry which simply dispenses with Euclid's parallel postulate, using neither it nor any contrary assumption. It is therefore undifferentiated as between Euclidean and Bolyaian geometry.
