(11) Oblique diameter of the brim, the distance between the iliopectineal eminence and the sacro-iliac synchondrosis of the opposite side. (12) Oblique diameter of the outlet, the distance from the middle of the great sacrosciatic ligament to the point of union between the opposite rami of pubis and ischium. (13) Sacrocotyloidean diameter, the distance between the sacral promontory and the posterior part of the cotyloidean cavity. (14) Transverse diameter of the brim, the greatest diameter measured from side to side. (15) Transverse diameter of the cavity, the distance between the points of the inner surface of the os innominatum opposite the middle of the acetabula. (16) Transverse diameter of the outlet, the distance between the tuberosities of the ischium. (17) True conjugate diameter of the brim. Same as 6 (β ), above.
