Not both if you're keeping kosher, I suspect. As a Lutheran, I can say with authority that both do pair (pear -- ha!) nicely with a jello salad!

So it would seem. At least in the mid-west. Ever been to a potluck dinner anywhere in the middle of the USA? You eat so much gelatin, your nails grow faster than your whiskers!
