Even if it was technically a “coup,” which is arguable either way (as the above tutorial has proven), I think of all of the judicial orders granted *nunc pro tunc* even when, technically, it is a logical impossibility for the thing, whatever it may be, to be so (e.g., the response is filed late, is absent a motion for leave to file out of time, but the judge still accepts it as timely).
