This one requires an explanation, of course. It's a wanna-be-funny approach to a group (2-n) of attractive (i.e., breathing) women, if they are alone (i.e., no alpha male is with them). "Da sole", in Italian, means "alone" (f.pl.), but "occhiali da sole" is "sunglasses", so the sentence above sounds somehow like
