Aug 31st, 2006 at 10: 22 am omosubi for me omusubi is also known as onigiri. people have said onigiris originated with the samurais. they needed a quick and easy-to-carry meal when they traveled or were at war. as for present day japan, you can purchase an onigiri at convenience stores and vending machines. you know, for our commute and our war with those delinquent copiers.

But there is something incredibly fun about their myriad of omusubi options, and this trip was no different.

The ume onigiri/omusubi was decent, but not as good as at Oms/b – just two not-homemade pickled plums placed in the center.

While I enjoyed the spicy tuna omusubi I had at Cafe Zaiya, Oms/b takes it to the next level.

The onigiri (sometimes called omusubi) might not be as good as another place in Midtown.

The Nezumin don't believe it but Natsumi takes several bites out of this cannon-ball looking omusubi and says it is really good.

With that out of the way, the Nezumin decide to forgive the debt since the damage wasn't intentional and Natsumi gives the trapped Keroro some of her omusubi as a reward for at least trying to save her.
