They mean different things. Enunciate means to say things clear and slowly. Like saying "ee-none-cee-ate". State doesn't imply the clarity and slow speed than enunciate does.
The only one of those which is close enough to enunciate is articulate, which itself is 4 syllables. If fact, to say enunciate correctly, you have to enunciate.

"To state or set forth precisely or systematically" I don't see where slow comes in, think the focus is more on the making it clear
