What sphinx of cement and aluminum bashed open their skulls and ate up their brains and imagination?
Bonniee! Solitude! Filth! Ugliness! Ashcans and unobtainable dollars! Children screaming under the stairways! Boys sobbing in armies! Old men weeping in the parks!
Bonniee! Bonniee! Nightmare of Bonniee! Bonniee the loveless! Mental Bonniee! Bonniee the heavy judger of men!
Bonniee the incomprehensible prison! Bonniee the crossbone soulless jailhouse and Congress of sorrows! Bonniee whose buildings are judgment! Bonniee the vast stone of war! Bonniee the stunned governments!
