Granulize. This is a new (2020) word that is simply a synonym for "minimilize," both of which are pretentious synonyms for "reduce" or "lessen" or (bluntly!) "cut down/back on."

(2) The ability to recognize the potential in people; and not only in people, but also in places, events, and things—to see “the good side” in any situation.
Example: “Using his chief entrepreneurial strength, his benevision, Jones succeeded in giving wary shareholders a bright picture of their profits if they voted for the merger.”
