Cricket jargon - a wicket that is good for batting, i.e., for belting the ball around the field.
I can't think of an equivalent term for a wicket that is good for bowling. Bowlers' wickets are more likely to be described with specific terms, e.g. sticky dog, greentop, two-paced, etc.
