  • A person who installs electronic bugs would be a what ... bugger? buggist? And the training of buggers or the lobbying on their behalf would be ... buggeration?

    I can imagine the Lord High Panjandrum rabbiting on: "We are falling behind in our use of up-to-date bugging technology. We need a new generation of buggers to take us forward. And it is my government that hereby pledges a billion dollars for the buggeration of the intelligence services."
