Another synonym is mollyduker. I presume southpaw is kicking around somewhere although it seems to apply mainly to boxers and pitchers rather than anyone else. I'm wondering if there is a word for people who prefer a certain hand (or foot, etc.) for religious or superstitious reasons. The discussion on Wordcraft mentioned the Muslim angle.
