Also would love to have some more security with this form to avoid spam and malware etc etc, but have no knowledge of how to set up a captch or anything more sophisticated than that.

I will manually submit these sites, as i do not believe in using automated submission software, and also a lot of sites use a captch system in order to let someone submit a site.
