Yeah. I know what they are. I don't know why they're spelled chitterlings, though, when nobody EVER says it that way. They're chitlins!
Prob'ly because pronouncing it "chit-ter-lings" might could get you killed, some places. :)
P.S. Skip? Have you eaten these? Or... cleaned them?

Never cleaned them and hopefully never will. I have eaten them, though, on several occasions. It's kind of a rite of passage.
