Location: bethesda; the birthplace of djent my friend who used to own a 900 switched over to a nitro, hes glad that he did the switch. one of the JCM's might be your thing, but the splawn has much more balls, gain, and versatility. imo there isnt much comparison unless you really want the very bright and midrangey sound from the 800 or 900.
