I've never been able to decide if I prefer frickin or friggin better, so I usually slur the two together in a lazy compromise when speaking. Likewise the jury's still out on whether or not to include the apostrophe at the end. Or, if you're really into self-referential white-boy irony, leave the "g" at the end and over-enunciate it for effect. I'm also a fan of freaking.

And then there's firkin, which avoids the whole "g" problem completely. ;-)
