    When you cause a frumpous, you are effectively interrupting and overruling all other activity in a room or conversation via performing something outrageously cute. (most often involving, or initiated by, kittens.)

    Example:

    Everything at the party was in full swing, and Billy was just about to talk to Suzie, when everyone's attention was suddenly and unequivocably diverted to that annoying ginger Chucky, as he pulled 3 kittens from his pocket and began to juggle. It was a complete frumpous.
