That's an abominable concept, Bestiary! I feel that people who commit libricide with premeditated intent ought to be punished with the full force of law. There should be no mercy for them. No, none.

Dunno. I've done a fair bit of libricide recently ... musty multicultural arts journals from the 80's and the like just had to go. Mind you, if I come across books that appear useful even though they don't appeal to me personally, I release them into the wild.

well, dictionary.com (2nd definition) says the latin is pronounced 'li-bree,' (i as in it) so i'd say 'li-bri-cide,' even though 'lee-' feels just as natural.
