In the class i taught today we served them in a warm salad of pancetta, endive, pears and grapefruit slices all pith removed with a dressing made with a pomegranite juice reduction oil and vinegar.

Feast was OK - I only got to eat it in stages - eat, take Nate back to the hotel with Chow, come back by myself, eat, play pipes, eat, wander around and talk to people, eat ... the strawberry/pomegranite stuff was AWESOME, and the salmon pastry was quite yummy, too.
