prose poetry isn't the same as prosey poetry. One means the poet has chosen to do away with lineation; the other means the poet's not practicing the economy with words common to poetry.
That's only my opinion, though.

There is nothing wrong with prose poetry, but a poem to be called prosey is an insult if you were trying to write a poem. Most people don't set out to write prose poetry.
