To be trampled by a heavy set woman. A fetish involving a heavy set woman in heels "trompling" over a subservient.
If multiple women are involved it may be refered to as a "trompede".
The word has varying uses in slang definition. If a rather heavy set individual lost weight, you could say their stomach looks like it "trompled".
If under extreme dieting conditions, a person loses their temper, he/she may want to "tromple" you or perhaps "tromple" your skull in.
