  • Please help me with the meaning of this phrase. This is from an insurance policy "Accident means the unforeseen occurence of an event that results in injury or accidental injury to insured person WHOLLY INDEPENDENT" of disease, bodily infirmity, illness, infection or any physical condition". Does "wholly independent" in this context mean "excluding" disease, bodily infirmity etc. Thank you very much for all thoughts.
