Ha'n't is primarily a contraction of "have not", also "has not". It takes out the "ve" or "s" and replaces with an apostrophe as opposed to haven't or hasn't. It's usually pronounced "haint" (like ain't with an h), sometimes "ha-nt" (which can sound a little like hatn't)
