In many of the examples on this page, it seems "narrow-minded" is used as a disparaging or belittling adjective.
Question: what's the real difference between someone being "narrow-minded" and "convicted to a belief"?
I would say for any one peron's perception of another's narrow-mindedness, the other person believes they are spot on in their thinking.
