According to Wikipedia, in knot theory, a branch of mathematics, a Brunnian link is a nontrivial link that becomes trivial if any component is removed. In other words, cutting any loop frees all the other loops. See also: Borromean.

According to Wikipedia, in mathematics, Borromean rings consist of three topological circles which are linked and form a Brunnian link; i.e., removing any ring results in two unlinked rings. In other words, no two of the three rings are linked with each other, but nonetheless all three are linked.
