Luwak as in Kopi Luwak or Civet coffee. This is made from coffee berries which have been eaten by and passed through the digestive tract of the Asian Palm Civet (Paradoxurus hermaphroditus). The animals gorge on the ripe berries and excrete the partially-digested beans which are then harvested for sale.

Yes, I'm glad someone added this word--there was a long conversation about it once. Bilby, you might be interested in the comments (some of them at least) on Specific Excrement, and also in crappucino. I hope I spelled that right.
Edit: I didn't. Well, I did for the page with all the comments, but the word (such as it is) should be crappuccino. Sorry reesetee...
Edit of edit: I did spell it right. Crappuccino is wrong. Sorry bilby...
Edit of edit of edit: Crappuccino is right. I am a codpiece-pated dolt. Thanks reesetee.

Bilby, I hope you enjoy our earlier discussion. And be sure to buy one of John's crappuccino mugs at the Wordie CafePress store (more info at merch). I'm loving mine.
There. I've done my shilling for the day. ;-P
Oh...also see kopi luwak, first added by trivet.
