The central-Florida rednecks with whom I have plenty of experience are a brand of particularly inarticulate inbreds. I was assuming -- nay, hoping beyond hope -- that enunciating rednecks do exist somewhere, and that they might contrast their coarseness with some kind of southern grammatical charm. But maybe I give the rednecks too much credit, when they are in fact still rednecks. ;-)
